Our Electrical/Mechanical Graduate Programme is designed for those looking to put their learnings into practice and get started on an exciting career. By providing hands-on industry experience our graduate programme supports early talent with identifying a passion for their chosen profession, whilst receiving ongoing support to develop and improve on key skills. Our rotation plan allows the exploration of different business functions, inc. Manufacturing, Services, Projects, Sales & Estimating.

your Responsibilities
  • To ensure every aspect of health and safety compliance is adhered to
  • You will work accurately and efficiently and will be able to adapt between working as part of a team, to an independent working style
  • You will maintain high professional standards and cleanliness whilst performing your duties; as well as following stringent health and safety procedures whilst working on-site and in the workshop

Your skills and background:


  • Able to work with minimal supervision longer term
  • Good Word/Excel skills
  • Good communications skills
  • Team player with a positive work ethic, motivated to achieve
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work to multiple deadlines whilst working on several quotations or projects
  • Comply with rules, regulations and requirements
  • Electrical Engineering or other relevant degree


  • Contribute to the development of new/revised processes within the team
  • Interest in electrical power systems and engineering
  • Live locally or able to relocate
